I am a painter from Lviv, Ukraine, now living and working in London. My work often grows from personal experience, memory, and the small details of daily life. I’m drawn to colour, atmosphere, and emotion — the elements that help me translate what I feel into visual form.
I create paintings that blend imagination with reality, building quiet narratives through layered colour, texture, and light. Whether I’m exploring the rhythm of a city, the calm of nature, or the inner landscape of emotion, I aim to offer viewers a space to pause, reflect, and connect with something of their own.
I studied Graphic Design at the Lviv National Academy of Arts, where I completed my Master’s degree in 2014. In 2015, I was selected for the Gaude Polonia Scholarship supported by the Polish Ministry of Culture, taking part in an artistic residency at the Art Academy in Warsaw. During this period, I worked on book illustration and design projects, including visual interpretations of poems by Zbigniew Herbert — an experience that enriched my artistic language and narrative approach.
Over the years, I’ve exhibited my work in Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and across Europe. In London, my paintings have recently been shown at Ripple Arts, Chapter House Museum, Wandsworth Artists’ Open House, and the Open Art Market on Portobello Road. I have also held several solo exhibitions, which marked important stages in the development of my artistic practice. Earlier in my career, I took part in various plein-air and printmaking projects, as well as exhibitions such as the International Autumn Salon in Lviv and the Biennial of Modern Exlibris in Malbork.
My artworks are now part of private collections throughout Europe, the United States, and beyond — something I feel grateful for every time a piece finds a new home.
I am currently developing a new abstract series inspired by themes of transitions, choices, and roots — ideas that continue to shape both my life and my artistic practice.
